On Saturday, May 5th, the Flutie Foundation honored Andrew Roberts at our annual spring fundraising event, A Night to Shine.  Andrew is 14 years old and in 8th grade.  He was diagnosed with autism when he was under 2 and thanks to his early diagnosis and intensive home ABA services he was able to make significant progress in a very short time and was able to enter public school with supports at age 3. Capitalizing on his love of letters and numbers Andrew's parents gave him some baseball cards and he soon began learning all of the players numbers.

I am honored, humbled, and incredibly excited for this opportunity to serve as the Executive Director of the Doug Flutie, Jr. Foundation for Autism.
