Lisa Borges
Executive Director

Lisa Borges is the Executive Director of The Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism where she is responsible for the successful leadership and strategic development of the organization as well as the consistent achievement of its mission and financial objectives. Since Lisa started with the Foundation in 1999, over eighteen million dollars has been raised through various fundraisers and the establishment of partnerships with loyal corporate sponsors. Under her leadership, the Foundation has implemented and funded seven new programs and developed the annual grant program into a widely recognized funding source in the autism community.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Lisa was employed by Woolf Associates, a sports marketing and management firm as well as the Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation as a Loan Requisition Officer. Lisa earned a Juris Doctor degree from The New England School of Law and completed a certificate program in Nonprofit Human Service Management from Clark University. 

Lisa recently founded the Celebrity and Athlete Foundation Forum, a networking group of celebrity and professional team foundations. She currently serves on the Executive Committee of Advocates for Autism of Massachusetts and volunteers as a mentor for Silver Lining Mentoring in Boston.  Lisa lives in Milford, Massachusetts with her husband and two children where she is also an active volunteer at her church.  

 
 
Nicole Guglielmucci
Director of Marketing & Events

Nicole Guglielmucci serves as Director of Marketing and Events for the Doug Flutie, Jr. Foundation for Autism, a role she assumed in August 2010. In this capacity, Nicole leads all marketing and development efforts, working closely with the Executive Director, as well as the Board of Directors. She oversees and executes all aspects of the Foundation's fundraising events including the Flutie 5K, A Night to Shine Gala and the Golf Classic.

Prior to joining the Flutie Foundation, she served as the Senior Marketing Director for Natick Collection - one of New England's largest shopping destinations. Before that, she worked at the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children for five years as the Marketing and Development coordinator.

Nicole holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Babson College. She lives in Natick, MA and is married with two children.

 
 
Keith D'Entremont
Director of Development

In his role as the Director of Development, Keith will be responsible for engaging new corporate, individual and foundation support opportunities. In addition Keith will be working with those who already support The Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism to assure that their needs are being met and to grow relationships when possible.

Prior to joining The Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism, Keith was responsible for Corporate Development at Angel Flight Northeast and was successful in bringing on new corporate support from recognizable names such as Hewlett-Packard, Breitling USA, Grainger Industrial Supply, Phillips Medical and others while maintaining and supporting ongoing relationships with companies such as JetBlue, Conoco Philips, BBA Aviation and Signature Flight Services to name a few.

Keith is married and has two daughters. He brings a unique perspective and is well suited for this role as his oldest daughter is autistic.  Thus, he understands the challenges and needs individuals and families face when dealing with a diagnoses of autism.

 
 
Lisa Collins
Director of Community Partnerships and Family Supports

Lisa joined the Foundation in September of 2009 as the Office Administrator. She currently holds the position of Director of Community Partnerships and Family Supports.  In this role, Lisa is responsible for creating, coordinating and expanding programs that align with the Flutie Foundation’s mission and support families through access to services, an active lifestyle and adult independence.

Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Framingham State College. Prior to the Foundation, she worked as a Business Analyst for The MathWorks, Inc. and also as a Scheduling Coordinator for Focus On Service, LLC. Lisa is married and has 3 children.

 
 
Brittany Collins
Managing Director, Flutie Spectrum Enterprises

Brittany Collins is the Managing Director of Flutie Spectrum Enterprises (FSE), the Flutie Foundation's program which creates businesses to employ adults with autism. Brittany consulted for the Foundation starting in September 2014 when she spent the month in Chapel Hill, NC with the non-profit Extraordinary Ventures to learn about their employment model. After submitting her feasibility study for replicating this model, she started working full-time in February 2015. She is responsible for launching the micro-businesses that will make up the FSE portfolio, hiring employees, recruiting customers, and managing FSE based on sound business principles while fulfilling its mission to provide meaningful hours of employment to adults with autism. Brittany earned her bachelor's degree in International Affairs in May 2014 from Northeastern University, where she also studied social entrepreneurship, business, and Spanish. During her time at NU, she completed three co-op experiences at international non-profits in the Boston area.

Brittany is passionate about the role that social enterprises can play in creating sustainable solutions for the world's challenges. She also enjoys traveling, watching and recommending quality films and television shows, and rooting for all Boston sports teams.

Taylor King
Office Administrator/Social Media Strategist

Taylor King is the Office Administrator/Social Media Strategist for the Doug Flutie, Jr. Foundation for Autism. Taylor takes care of the day to day office needs as well as monitoring the Foundation’s social media accounts and our General Info email account.

Taylor joined the foundation in March of 2015 as an intern and became an official team member in July 2015 following her graduation from Assumption College in May 2015. As an intern, Taylor helped to organize and coordinate the Celebrity and Athlete Foundation Forum started by Executive Director, Lisa Borges. During her time at Assumption College, Taylor majored in Management and minored in Sport Management. She was invited to join the inaugural group of Assumption College’s MBA Sport Business program during their internship with the New England Baseball Complex located in Northborough, MA, and to travel on three immersion trips to Boston, Chicago, and Arizona. On these trips Taylor was given the opportunity to learn the business of sport first hand from different organizations and professional teams.

Taylor enjoys all things having to do with Boston/New England sports and enjoys volunteering for multiple foundations in the area during her free time. Taylor grew up and currently resides in Arlington, MA.
