Ethan Michaud

Director of Development

Ethan joined the Doug Flutie, Jr. Foundation for Autism in April of 2022 as the Senior Development Manager. In this role, Ethan manages fundraising strategy and the execution of multiple initiatives to engage individuals and corporate partners including Dougie’s Team for Autism. He works closely with the Director of Development and the Development Team to provide expertise and leadership on goals and long-term strategy to support the Foundation’s strategic and annual fundraising plans for program growth.

Prior to joining the Flutie Foundation, Ethan managed peer-to-peer campaigns, community programs, and fundraising events for multiple non-profits including Family Reach and the Martin Richard Foundation. Outside of work, Ethan remains active in the running community as an athlete and youth cross country coach. Currently calling Boston home, he can often be found splitting time between the city and his home state of New Hampshire where he enjoys hiking, biking, and skiing.

Ethan holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Communication with a focus in Public Relations from Emerson College.
