About Connor

Connor Thompson is 24-year-old young man with Autism Spectrum Disorder. He grew up in Framingham, MA and currently attends Berkshire Hills Music Academy in South Hadley, Massachusetts, where he studies music, photography and vocational skills. Connor performs frequently in the community with his LIVE band as a vocalist and pianist, and has recently added ukelele to his repertoire. He leads an active, independent lifestyle which includes acting and singing with a local theater group as well as playing Special Olympics soccer, basketball and swimming. A movie buff, Connor enjoys watching all genres of movies and reviewing them in his blog and podcast. Connor is a very focused photographer. About his photos, he says, “I enjoy taking abstract photos using close-up angles. Taking photos makes me feel relaxed and entertained. It is exciting when the photo you’re taking comes out perfectly.” Connor's dreams for the future include job opportunities as a performer and photographer.
