About Flutie Fellows:
A STARS of the Spectrum Initiative

The Flutie Foundation works with the Fellow and their family/network to make connections and build relationships in chosen industries/communities in an effort to increase opportunities by utilizing our brand and platform. Flutie Fellows are compensated for their time on a project basis.

The Flutie Fellows ambassador initiative supports autistic people who have been invited to collaborate with the Flutie Foundation to achieve the following objectives:

  1. Pursue:
    Pursue career opportunities, related life goals, & passions
  2. Promote:
    Promote respect, inclusion, & opportunities for all people with autism in the workforce 
  3. Serve:
    Serve as ambassadors for Flutie Foundation

We accept Flutie Fellow applications on a rolling basis

How It Works

  • Identify self-advocate’s chosen industry/area of passion and focus 
  • Fellowships are project-based! Select a goal-oriented project that the Flutie Foundation can provide help and collaboration on
  • Flutie Fellow has access to use Flutie Foundation  brand and platform to increase opportunities and reach
  • Flutie Fellows are compensated on project-basis for their time and work

Our Flutie Fellows come from a variety of backgrounds, and we welcome people of all areas in their journey to finding a career they are passionate about. Through our marketing, PR, and networking support, we aim to promote inclusion and acceptance in the workforce and create meaningful employment connections for people with autism.
