To become a STARS of the Spectrum ambassador, you must have a deep commitment to the autism community and a willingness to use your skills and interests to make a positive impact. STARS ambassadors come from a variety of backgrounds, and we welcome people of all abilities and experiences.
We believe that STARS come from across the full spectrum. We want to shine the brightest light on the incredible passions and stories of ALL people in the autism community.

About STARS of the Spectrum
Standing for Spectrum Talent Agency Resources & Support, STARS of the Spectrum, is the Flutie Foundation’s talent agency that provides marketing and PR support to Autism Ambassadors to pursue their career, goals, passions, and life dreams.
People with autism have unique talents and perspectives that should be celebrated and shared with the world. STARS of the Spectrum provides a platform for Autistic Ambassadors to showcase their skills and abilities, connect with like-minded individuals, and receive the support they need to achieve their goals.
Services include talent representation, marketing and PR support, and access to networking and career development opportunities. The Flutie Foundation works closely with Autism Ambassadors to understand their specific needs and goals to provide customized support in order for them succeed.
Through STARS of the Spectrum, people with autism are empowered to pursue their passions, build meaningful careers, and make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.
