William J. Bussiere, Jr.

Will is an attorney at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., where he concentrates his practice in the firm’s corporate and securities group. He represents private and public companies across their life cycles, from formation to funding to acquisition. Will specializes in representation of biotech and medtech clients in venture and debt financings, corporate governance matters, and major transactions. He also contributes to the firm’s sports and entertainment practice, forming business entities and negotiating commercial contracts for his clients. As an advisor to nonprofits, Will has served as outside legal counsel to the Pedro Martinez Foundation and the Cape Cod Baseball League.

Will received his B.A. from Providence College and his J.D. from Boston University School of Law. He resides in Brookline, Mass. with his wife and two children.
